Subin Kara Ahn (they/he/she) is a BK based professional actor, director, and musician born and raised in Seoul. He started out taking private lessons for pop singing when he was 10, then got into Musical Theatre, which led him to study Theatre Arts in Marymount Manhattan College. Switching between his signature dreamy, ethereal style and groovy, soulful style, he writes lyrics that are very unique, honest, and original (so honest that they are sometimes even funny) which he likes to describe as Simp Pop. Some of his biggest influences include Jaurim and Fiona Apple. He is also a professional bassist.
